All Pre Final Year BE , Diploma Students and Final Year MBA Students are eligible to apply to be part of the AIEMS Placement Process.
All Diploma, UG and PG students are eligible to apply for the Pre-Placement Training Program.
Following are the Steps to apply for Placement Services.
Official Placements will begin from October and happen until March
How does the Placement Process work?
STEP 1 – HR of a company contacts AIMES Placement Officer or Placement officer contacts the company
STEP 2 –Placement officer shares eligible student data with interested companies
STEP 3 –Interested Company makes Announcement of On Campus / Off Campus Placement Drive, JD, CTC
STEP 4 –Department Placement Coordinator / Student Representative is contacted with details of Drive Dates and Timing
STEP 5 – Students are required to register for the Placement Drive
STEP 6 – Companies Confirm their Online / On Campus Drive with Infrastructure Details
STPE 7 – Students participate in the Placement Drive ( A Pre-Placement Talk followed by Test/Personal Interview by the Company HR )
STEP 8 – Candidates shortlisted by the Company HR are announced by AIEMS placement cell
1. Each student is allotted an opportunity of one Offer and extend the placement process for a Dream job / Company placement.
2. Students must communicate with the company via the Placement office ONLY
3. List of selected students will be put up on the notice board.
4. After having accepted a job offer, if you do not wish to join the company due to genuine reasons, inform the Placement Office.
The Placement Office reserves the right to override any of the above rules if required under special circumstances.
